Baumanburi Hotel Patong, Patong

I had a good experience during my 3-day stay. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access the mall, restaurants, and the beach. Although the rooms were decent for the price, the service could have been more welcoming, especially when I requested an early check-in and had to wait longer than expected.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the first room I was given was dirty and had a foul odor. After two days and a lot of hassle, I finally got moved to another room, which was slightly better but still had cleanliness issues. The only highlight was the pool, which was quite nice, but the location was very noisy at night, making it hard to rest comfortably.

Our stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the initial room we received was dirty and had a bad smell, we were eventually moved to a nicer room. The staff's attitude was inconsistent, but we did find some helpful individuals. The pool area was a nice feature, but the breakfast and the mosquito issue detracted from our experience overall.

The hotel has a great location near the Otop markets, which have improved a lot. The rooms, particularly the Superior ones, left a lot to be desired with odors and discomfort. Although the staff were friendly, the drop in service from previous visits was disappointing. Overall, it feels like there might be better options available for the price.
